Though BITM has established for the development of HR for Local Software and ITES companies but its success has drawn the attention of the international market. In 2013, Ministry of Labor and Human Resources of the Kingdom of Bhutan has invited BITM to visit Bhutan and conduct a two day long workshop. A team of four member of BITM has visited there and has conducted a workshop at Bhutan where more than 200 participants were present.
