❖ Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enterprise email, database, application,  Nginx, and Apache web servers. 

❖ Responsible for all Co-location Server & Cloud-based Application Server and ensure high availability of infrastructure. 

❖ Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection,  disaster recovery, and failover procedures. 

❖ Maintain system security by actively identifying faults and vulnerable areas within the system’s architecture. 

❖ Configures and maintains LAN/WAN communications and network hardware. ❖ Configuration and maintenance of the infrastructure & Server monitoring tools. 

❖ Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure. 

❖ Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required. 

❖ Reporting to Chief Technology Officer
