Md. Saifur Rahman is a chartered procurement and supply chain professional, currently works in Ministry of Planning. He is involved in public sector project management including development project preparation, appraisal, implementation and evaluation. Besides he had worked as consultant in procurement and project management area in 03 development partners funded project with highest professional standard. He has completed Master in Procurement and Supply Management from BRAC University with highest academic distinction. He also attained PMP and Prince2 qualification on Project Management in 2017. He got his graduation from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. He published a couple of research papers on national and international journals. He is a Chartered member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS, UK) and also a member of PMI, USA. with His area of interest is public sector project and procurement management.
