13+ years of experience in Software Project Management, Coordination, Quality Assurance Testing, Process Engineering, Requirement Analysis, Training & Capacity Building, Data entry & Analysis. I have participated in the projects focusing on Management, Coordination, Quality Assurance of Software, and Managing Team Members. I have successfully implemented: 1. Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting System (MER) for the BEHTRUWC Project 2nd Phase (funded and supported by UNICEF, SIDA, CIDA) for the Bureau of Non- Formal Education (BNFE) under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME), 2. Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) for managing Drop in Center’s various services, stock item etc. this project was implemented by Save the Children Bangladesh. 3. Case Management System (CMS) for supporting vulnerable children in Bangladesh was implements by Department of Social Service (DSS) and Ministry of Social Welfare (MSW). 4. Annual Performance Agreement management System (APAMS) for managing annual performance agreement of all ministry of Bangladesh Government. This project implements by Cabinet Division.
