Mir Rashedul Islam is an Assistant Manager at bitBirds Solutions and also an Associate Trainer in BASIS-SEIP. He is Microsoft Certified (MCSA- Windows Server: 2016). He has completed CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Office programs, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Data Analysis in Excel course as a Data Analyst. He also has experience as a trainer in an advanced Excel Essential course at PencilBox Training Institute.
He has successfully completed a Professional Master of IT from Jahangirnagar University, B.Sc. In Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dhaka International University, Diploma Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering from Tangail Polytechnic.
He is proficient in creating dynamic MIS Reports, templates, dashboards and maintaining the database. He has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. He has been providing training on Microsoft Office package since early 2016
