Sohel Rana has been working in software development for more than 12 years. Currently, he is working as a Software Architect in TestReach Ltd. On parallel, Mr Sohel is also the proud CEO of the well performing Nerddevs Ltd. Before joining in TestReach his contributions in companies like Severalnines, Dohatec have been highly appreciated and recognized.

In his carrier, he had played role like Team Lead, Project Manager, Software Architect etc. He is experienced with large projects like EGP, VoterID Solutions in Bangladesh, has worked on optimization of the backend of international projects where there are millions of data. 

Exploring cutting-edge technologies have always been his passion. His talent and experience have made him master of tools like backbone.js, node.js, webRTC, angular.js, mongodb, to name but a few.

Sohel has pushed himself to the level where he can consistently maintain the quality during coding and web application development. Moreover, his enthusiastic approach has motivated his team to deliver the best.
