The registration for the ISACA Dhaka CISA Exam Preparation Course must be done using the registration form at the end of this document. This form will be used for organizing and delivering this CISA Course and will be treated as confidential. One registration combining both CISA Exam fees and CISA Prep Course fees is not possible.
