Overview:

Time and stress management are both indicators of productivity. It is how intelligently and efficiently we manage our time that determines the output of our work. This day-long workshop brings in hands-on techniques to manage our schedules and work, and prioritize agendas accordingly. The workshop will help participants practice multiple stress relieving techniques that will ensure strong focus and good mental health for professionals.

  • Prioritizing tasks accordingly to the availability of resources and urgency of the agenda
  • Analyzing time-management matrix
  • Managing and maintaining daily activity log
  • Identifying the ‘time-wasters’ and eliminating them
  • Arranging tasks within the given time frame

Activity- “Do you know how you spend your time?” This activity is designed to determine the time-wasting factors and help us make action plans to spend time effectively
