2. Value based prioritization & Delivery
   • Understand value driven delivery
   • Use techniques to categorize requirements with value
3. Understand Agile Methods
   • Have an overview knowledge of current agile PM best practices
   • Understand SCRUM in details
4. Understand Agile Planning, Estimating, & Monitoring
   • Write an USER STORY
   • Conduct a Story Writing & Sizing Workshop
   • Create Burn Down & Burn Up charts for monitoring
   • Develop a KANBAN board & Use it
5. Monitor Risks Sprint-wise
6. Identify Project Impediments & set strategy to remove those
